How our service works

When you submit your application, our team immediately reviews your information for common errors, secures your data, and schedules the submission according to the official ED Card time window before your arrival.

Once this process has started, resources are allocated to your application, which is why refunds may no longer be possible after the processing stage begins.

Important: Applying early is correct

You can apply months in advance. Your information is securely stored and monitored, and your ED Card is submitted only when the official time window opens before your arrival. This is one of the key benefits of our service.

Prices

  • Standard Service: USD 69.99 per person.
  • UltraFast Service: Additional surcharge of USD 20.00 per person (total USD 89.99).
  • All prices are final and shown in United States Dollars (USD).

All prices include our service fee. Government or sustainability fees are included where applicable.

Our service fee is charged for the processing and handling of your online ED Card application and for providing customer assistance throughout the process. The fee does not cover any costs that may be required by airlines, travel agencies or other third parties related to your trip.

Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. To keep the process transparent and fair, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are available only if the application has not yet entered the processing stage.
  • Once processing has begun, no changes or refunds can be made.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form or via email to [email protected].
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is considered the "processing stage"?

The processing stage begins once your application has been reviewed and prepared for submission, which may occur shortly after payment. Once our team has allocated resources to process your application, refunds are no longer available.

Common question: I applied months before my trip. Is my application already processed?

No. Applying early is correct and recommended. Your information is securely stored and monitored, and your ED Card is submitted only when the official time window opens before your arrival. The processing stage refers to when we begin preparing your submission, not when you complete the form.

How to request a refund
